本プライバシーポリシーは、平川遥輝(以下「開発者」)が提供するモバイルアプリ「アクティブ単語」(以下「本アプリ」)におけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

2. 収集する情報

アカウント情報: メールアドレス、パスワード(暗号化された状態でのみ保存)
学習データ: 登録した単語、AIが生成した例文、ユーザーの回答、採点結果、学習履歴
広告関連情報: 本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。AdMob は広告配信のためにデバイス識別子等の情報を収集することがあります(非パーソナライズ広告のみ、本アプリではトラッキングを要求しません)。詳細は Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

本アプリの機能提供(認証、学習データの保存、AI例文生成・採点)
サービス品質の維持・改善
広告の表示(非パーソナライズ)

4. 第三者への提供

開発者は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザー情報を第三者に提供しません。

サービス運営に必要な範囲で、以下の委託先に情報を提供する場合:
- Supabase Inc.(認証およびデータベースサービス)
- Anthropic, PBC(AI例文生成・採点)
- Google LLC(AdMob 広告配信)

5. データの保存期間

学習データはユーザーがアカウントを削除するまで保存されます。アカウント削除をご希望の場合は、下記の問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

6. 子どもの利用について

本アプリは13歳未満を対象としていません。13歳未満の方は保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Haruki Hirakawa ("Developer") collects, uses, and protects user information through the mobile application "アクティブ単語" ("App").

2. Information We Collect

Account information: email address and password (stored only in encrypted form).
Learning data: words you register, AI-generated example sentences, your answers, scoring results, and study history.
Advertising information: The App displays ads via Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and similar information to serve ads. The App requests non-personalized ads only and does not request user tracking. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

3. How We Use Information

To provide the App's core features (authentication, storing learning data, AI generation and grading).
To maintain and improve service quality.
To display non-personalized advertising.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

Developer does not share user information with third parties except:

With your consent.
When required by law.
With the following processors needed to operate the service:
- Supabase Inc. (authentication and database)
- Anthropic, PBC (AI sentence generation and grading)
- Google LLC (AdMob ad serving)

5. Data Retention

Learning data is retained until you delete your account. To request account deletion, please contact us at the address below.

6. Children's Use

The App is not directed at children under 13. Users under 13 should obtain parental consent before using the App.
